These Terms apply to biflow / innerchats (the "App").

By using the App, you accept these Terms.

## App

The App is a simple local PWA for journaling, self-reflection, and creative dialogue.

The App is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, spiritual, safety, crisis, or other professional advice. For emergencies or urgent personal risk, contact local emergency services or qualified help.

## Your Use

Use the App at your own risk. You are responsible for what you write, upload, save, delete, or rely on.

Do not use the App unlawfully, to harm others, to infringe rights, or to store content you are not allowed to use.

## Local Data

Chats, images, and preferences are stored in your browser on your device.

The Operator does not provide cloud backup, sync, recovery, moderation, or security monitoring for local App data.

You are responsible for backups and for securing your device, browser, and local data. Clearing browser data, browser limits, device changes, updates, or software errors may delete or damage your data.

## Availability

The App is provided as-is and as-available. It may change, break, lose features, or stop being available at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties and is not liable for lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, emotional distress, indirect damages, consequential damages, or any claim arising from use of or inability to use the App.

## Law

These Terms are governed by Czech law, without limiting any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

## Changes

The Operator may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
